Nice article. I always think that part of being a freelance designer is to help educate clients into what you actually do. I’ve found it sometimes helps and sometimes it doesn’t. And sometimes the client thinks they can do all of the above and turn out a terrible piece of work that then needs to get fixed. Ugh.
